Suvarchala Devi is a Hindu goddess who is Lord Hanuman’s wife and Lord Surya’s daughter, according to some stories. Although she is the wife of Anjaneya Hanuman, she is an ardent celibate, just like her husband. There is a temple of Goddess Suvarchala in the Telangana region.

Hanuman Wants To Get All Knowledge From Surya Dev:
Lord Surya (Sun God) is the guru of Lord Hanuman. Once, he requested to give all the knowledge he had. Lord Surya taught him everything, including the Vedas and other knowledge, but did not teach him Nava Vyakarana (nine grammars). When asked why, Surya Deva told him that only a married person could get the knowledge of Nava Vyakarana, but Lord Hanuman was an ardent celibate. Therefore, he was not eligible for the knowledge.
Birth and Marriage of Suvarchala Devi and Hanuman:
It was necessary for the plans of Trimurti that Lord Hanuman had all forms of knowledge. Therefore, they requested Lord Surya to create a celibate girl to get married to Anjaneya Hanuman. Lord Surya accepted their request and created Suvarchala, who was Aajanma Brahmacharini, just like Lord Hanuman. They both got married, and Bajrang Bali became a Grihastha without affecting his celibacy. The marriage took place on Jyeshtha Shuddha Dashami.
Hanuman and Suvarchala are both Celibates:
After his marriage to Suvarchala Devi, he learned Nava Vyakarana. He spent his life serving Lord Rama afterward and remained celibate. Therefore, he is still a symbol of celibacy for Hindus.
As both of them are celibate, they do not have any children.
The Temple of Suvarchala Devi and Hanuman:
There are very few temples of Suvarchala Devi in the world. The most famous among them is in Yellandu, Khammam, in Telangana. The name of the temple is Sri Suvarchala Sahitha Hanuman Temple and is an ancient temple. All of her temples are in South India, and none are in North India because people from North India believe that Lord Hanuman never got married.
The local people celebrate her marriage with Lord Hanuman on Jyeshtha Shuddha Dashami in this temple. It is also believed that the married couple who come to the temple live a happy married life and never face problems in their marriage.
